Returns and Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the product’s arrival.
If you wish to return an item, please submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means it must be unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to ship the item back. We cannot accept items returned without a prior return request.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Regarding Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect the contents immediately upon receipt of your order.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us promptly. We will verify the situation and take appropriate action.
Regarding Exchanges
To ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the item you currently have and placing a new order after your return has been approved.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order if the items have not yet been transferred to the warehouse for shipping preparation (picking and packing). If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the items have already been shipped from the warehouse, please follow the return procedure after the items arrive. Please note that shipping fees paid after the items have been shipped are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, no restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will contact you regarding whether the refund has been approved.
If the refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. However, please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected by your bank or credit card company.
